Pancake day at Summergil

While families across Wales sit down to enjoy their homemade pancakes today, Summergil residents decided to shake things up to celebrate Pancake day. Instead of sitting down to eat, our residents and staff geared up for a unique pancake race. Using pancakes whipped up in the home kitchen, residents and staff went head to head to see who'd come out on top in the first Summergil Pancake Dash!
