From morning routines and personal care to outings, sensory activities, and social events, Shannon and her colleagues help ensure the people we support can live independent, fulfilling, and happy lives. Whether it’s a trip to the beach, baking, karaoke, or simply winding down with arts and crafts, the focus is always on inclusion, choice, and enjoyment.

Not every day is easy, but every day is meaningful.
