We offer investment in your key qualifications and training to ensure that you are in a position to carry out your work confidently. When you start, a two-week induction covers a lot of statutory trainings including First Aid at Work, COSSH, safeguarding, communication training and so on.
You will complete shadow-shifts so you can observe more experienced members of the team as you grow in experience and confidence. You do not support any child or adult until you feel ready to do so.
