A comprehensive learning and development plan to ensure that you have the opportunity to be the best you can be.
An open and supportive team working environment where you are heard and respected at all times.
Our team spirit is second to none. Our model is a careful blend of learning, care and therapies, and so you would be working closely with all elements of the team that come together.
We offer investment in your key qualifications and training to ensure that you are in a position to carry out your work confidently. When you start, a two-week induction covers a lot of statutory trainings including First Aid at Work, COSSH, safeguarding, communication training and so on.
You will complete shadow-shifts so you can observe more experienced members of the team as you grow in experience and confidence. You do not support any child or adult until you feel ready to do so.
Orbis offers a competitive salary benchmarked regularly to ensure we stay competitive. We also offer overtime opportunities, competitive annual leave allowance and a company pension scheme.
We offer incentives for successfully referring a friend into the Orbis community and once a year we celebrate our achievements at an Awards Presentation where all of the schools and homes come together.
