Coed Parc HouseCoed Parc House is a residential service in Cwmavon near Port Talbot, for adults with a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition.

The service comprises of 6 stunning self-contained high-spec apartments each with its own bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and lounge. Each apartment is designed with it’s resident in mind.

Additional communal lounges and kitchens provide residents with plenty of opportunities to socialise, whilst a sensory room, cinema room and 3-acres of woodland criss-crossed with walks, arranged around a summer house, provide relaxing oases of calm.
